We run factory here in Thailand. All our products are hand cut and hand-stitched, totally hand made.

Do you deliver to my country? And How long will it take to get my order?
- We ship worldwide. Item ships in 3-5 business days!
- When you spend $100 or more shipping is absolutely free with recorded delivery.
- We recommend using recorded delivery as that way you can track the progress of your item, offering more security. Please be aware that shipments to the UAE are often returned to us undelivered.
- How long will it take to get my order?
- Shipping Times to USA and Canada is 7 - 14 Business days.
- Shipping Times to Europe and UK is 5 - 20 Business days.
- Shipping Times to Australia and New Zealand is 12 - 20 Business days.
- Shipping Times to Asia is 8 - 15 Business days.
- Shipping Times to South America and Africa is 18 - 25 Business days.

- Sales taxes & duties
When you purchase an item from us for delivery, your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by boho qeens
If you abandon your order, we will not re-ship it for free.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from you are considered to be the 'Importer of Record' and as a result you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.

If you’re not happy for any reason, send us an email at bohoqueens1024@gmail.com and provide your order number. If you post us back your items, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
